Lol idk. maybe not. Maybe he's just crazy....you can tell by those eyes.
Anyway, reason why this doesnt look like the normal crazy eyed tall straight watchog? because those eyes say otherwise. and I saw some interesting looking poke caricatures, so i decided to make a poke that wasnt exactly how they were designed.
I want to make a timid one next, but idk when thatll happen XD
